Going on my own personal experience only.... that's all I have... I'd say one whole lemon squashed, add bit of pulp.

If you do this let me know how you get on. Also take any meds an hour apart x

I am a big believer in a big drink of water in the morning with fresh lemon juice - we wash our outside so why not our insides - very cleansing, especially for the liver. Whether it helps with RLS I don't know - but anything that helps your health is good.

When I was young, I used to use lemon juice as invisable ink.

You write something and when it dries you can't see it.

You then mail it to someone and they blow a hair dryer on and the heat makes it visible!!!!

Don't do this with email however. When the recipient blows a hairdryer on it, it melts the screen.

Not what you're looking for?
