Phantom cramp in toes.

Greetings from Spain. I have had the normal Restless Legs, I.e. the legs moving without my consent or desire to do so. I take Pramipexole .26 mg for 9 nights and 3 nights without.

Over the last 3 weeks I get this sensation of all my toes being cramped but according to my wife the toes show no physical sign of cramp. None at all.

Anyone else in the RLS world out there have this?

Yes. It was excruciating when I was on a dopamine agonist - I used to jump out of bed in agony.

I haven’t had it at all since I got off Ropinirole.
