I was looking into a weighted blanket for RLS, especially as mine gets much worse when I am trying to sleep, I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if it has helped at all, even if a little bit? I was also wondering if it matters about how heavy it is
Thank you

I have recently bought an old fashioned type knitted blanket the heaviness of that really has helped me, but because it is knitted it also has holes in and let in cool air which also helps. They combination seems to really help me.
Hi, there. I, too, decided to try a weighted blanket for RLS. I ordered a 20 lb one on Amazon-Quility is the brand. The weight does matter, and they have a chart you can use to decide. It did not seem to work much for my RLS, especially since I have augmentation going on. But, this would be a great one to try-it is still a nice blanket with a cozy, washable cover. Good luck!
