I have tried everything to help , massage, stretches, exercise,vitamins , nothing seems to work . Can anyone suggest anything else that might help ?

The first two measures that can be taken to improve RLS symotoms are -
1). to identify iron deficiency and then attempt to correct it
2). to identify any factors which may be causing or exacerbating your symptoms and avoid them if possible.
Brain iron deficiency is a major causative factor fir RLS and iron therapy can treat it.

There are two main groups of things which can make RLS worse
a). Many commonly used medications can make RLS worse from antipdepressants to cough medicine.
b). Dietary factors can affect RLS including commonly alcohol, added sugar and caffeine, but also carbohydrates, oxalates, gluten, lactose or other substances .
It's a matter of finding which, if any, of these affect you.
If RLS is particularly severe and/or the above don't work, then there are medications which can relieve symptoms. This however should be avoided if possible
In the first instance, I suggest you ask your doctor for blood tests for serum iron, transferrin, ferritin and haemoglobin. Be aware however that your doctor may not realise the significance of these for somebody with RLS.
