I wonder if anyone knows if there’s special type of B12 that’s good for RLS? Should I ask the nurse for this type rather than that, or are they all the same?
Thanks!

I'm not sure if there's any "special" kind of B12 injection. Whatever the brand, they probably all contain the same ingredients.
Injections however are usually only necessary if you have a B12 absorption problem. This could be macrocytic anaemia or stomach problems or intestinal malabsorption.
Some medicines e.g. proton pump inhibitor antacids can also prevent B12 absorption.
Otherwise taking an oral B12 supplement is probably sufficient.
Methylcobalamin is better absorbed, retained and utilized than other forms of B12. Methylcobalamin and niacin support brain and nerve tissue. From Jarrow supplement B-Right.
