I have found B12 helps my restless legs' I have to have injections of B12 every 3 months for another medical reason. I have noticed a massive difference in the discomfort, so now I'm taking extra to level out the dose. Worth trying !!

Funny you post that I am going to the GP tomorrow looking this for ME, glad to know there is some anecdotal evidence for RLS too, that should strengthen my case. Thanks for sharing.

If it lifts my energy like I am hoping I'll be delighted, if it kills the RLS I be ecstatic!
