Hurt leg, legs a bit calmer

Hurt leg, dropped large oxygen cylinder on right foot & fell against leg. Took skin off foot & shin bruised from just below knee to ankle. Strangest thing is leg is not so jumpy & fidgety at night - could be because of pain or because am taking Oramorph ( to relax muscles), or maybe it's auto suggestion & is all in my head!! 😂🤪

The pain raises your dopamine. That's why. I do a lot of body weight squats to feel the pleasant pain in my legs. It's being so effective and me doing it so often that now I have to do it one legged way to feel the same pain and relief. I have a pretty muscular ass though because of that lol.
