Proffesor David Nutt is doing absolutely outstanding work in the UK regarding making medical cannabis available for all who need it .

This real world registry is targeting patients and situations , specifically focusing on those in which alternative medications have not worked . Sounds Like a lot of US !

Substance use disorder ....as a harm reduction strategy

It is my understanding that this trail is subsidised [ I hope I have that right ]

They are open to people having more than one condition so list them all .

My recommendation from personal experience in Australia I said that I had chronic pain from my RLS .

If you have a doctor or a specialist who would like to be part of the trail as in prescribing there is a special section at the bottom of the page for medical professionals to complete .

Professor David Nutt is a very genuine man . He emailed earlier tonight on another matter for myself .

You were in contact with Prof. Nutt? Lucky you, I am a fan of the man and have followed his research for some time now. I think from the time he made the Ecstasy is safer than horse riding statement after refusing to use sensationalist speculation that the newspapers of the time did and relying on science instead. His table of harm 2010 work (Nutt et al.) is fantastic and enlightening work. It is unfortunate that in this time of lies the truth he speaks is ignored - to the detriment of society and at the cost of many lives and much suffering.

OK fanboy babbling aside I wish we could have a fair trial of cannabis, free from the media and political interference. There are so many could benefit and so many that are too frightened to use it because they are told it leads to heroin yet guzzle their vodka and pills from the Dr that are countless times more harmful.

The UK drug legislation has, since the Misuse of Drug Act in the 70's, become more and more restrictive, based on less and less science and causing more and more harm - with only the politicians and their buddies to benefit I some times wonder why?

You can grow your own cannabis in your backyard. Big Pharma does not want that.

You I find it amazing that I can email professors and doctors in other countries and they respond and some I even have meetings with , however none in Australia

respond !

I would very happily take part if I knew how to do it. I have tried to get cannabis but was never sure of what I was getting. I sit here at 7.20 am late for me and my morning pain after 300mg of Pregabelin is only4/5 on my scale. To be able to be free of the pain is just a dream
