Diabetes and RLS

I ran across this yesterday on a diabetes website, didn't know if any of you might be interested: ontrackdiabetes.com/related... This article assumes the iron connection and suggests that diabetes among other conditions affect how much iron gets to the brain. Yet something else that could possibly go back to elevated insulin levels? Body chemistry is so very complicated, and so much is still a mystery.
