Troopdad here.I have been sick as a dog last winter rain cold befuddled however Springtime came and some things got better..I had two iron infusions at the hospital helped some after the second one. Also had a Cortisone shot in the back helped some

now read where sex, intercourse whatever you call it helps RLS.Yes masturbation helps also.Ad all the feels a little better together and I feel better Yayy..Remember I am now 85 years old and a lot wrong but I be dammed if I am going to give my life over to the bed..I am now legally blind,have heart congestion RLS kidney failure.Me and God are going to keep on going..So I read,pray,meditate and enjoy life..Go to it yall..
