hi I asked the pharmacist and he said it was ok to take with my statins ,,so now I'm taking the calcium and magnesium ,,,I'm taking the ones called osteocare original ,, thought I would give it a try ,,,

Yes. Magnesium citrate drink is best

Also got Epsom salt bath soak
