I Gave up Cigs

My RLS has been almost non-existent since I quit smoking cigarettes and weed on 1-20-19. If they bother me at all now, I can take Ibuprofen and it works. I have even successfully taken 50mg of Diphenhydramine to help me sleep (oxymoron, huh?). I’m still on Mirapex and plan on going forward with that until something changes. I hope all are having a good day!!

Hello!

I wore nicotine patches for a couple of weeks and then stopped because I kept forgetting to put them on. I didn’t have any trouble quitting because I was miserable and ready to quit.

Congrats for quitting!
