Depends on how much and how often you take it. I take around 150-209mg a few times a week and have no issues.

I took 50mg a night for about 2 years until it lost it’s effectiveness. I chose not to increase it but changed to Pregabalin instead. I stopped overnight without any issues but I think that was because I was on a low dose. Reading on here, other people have had problems.

I think keep your dose as low as possible and if you do need to stop, taper off slowly and not all at once.

Pam, how is Lyrica treating you?

Pretty good. Been on it about 3 mths and I would say 6 out of 7 nights are trouble free. I taken 150mg at night with no side effects other than a few balance issues if I get up at night. Fingers crossed it continues!
