Does co codamol help anyone?

Yeah codeine has helped many myself included.

The 30 mg Codeine prescription strength does help me but the over the counter 8 mg Codeine strength doesn't.

Yes, I find even 16mg of otc codeine (2 solpadeine) can be helpful for less severe symptoms. It didn’t work when my serum ferritin was low.

60mg of Codeine helps enormously and the Dr prescribed one ferrous sulphate daily because my ferratin assay was low and this combination has worked brilliantly. As regards constipation again she prescribed 2 sachets of Laxido (Macrogol) in the evening with my dinner. I dissolve it in some squash looks like red wine then!!!!

I've found it helpful too. I use the over-the-counter strength and save it for either when the symptoms are really bad or I'm doing something important the next day and need to get more than a few hours sleep.

Yes helps me but never known constipation like it. Just can’t take them because of that.

Yes the 8/500 helps me. I can't take the stronger ones as I have COPD

Co codomol helps my condition. Tried all medicines and this works for me
