Hope to see many of my fellow posters at this year’s AGM.

Let’s see if we can raise the issue of a letter to BMA and Association of Neurologists about the increase in reported cases of Augmentation on dopamine agonists and best advice on withdrawal.

ncvo.org.uk/

It’s in London at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations ( Near Kings Cross Station).

See the earlier post headed AGM.

You have to email the organisers to say you’re attending.

Sorry I won’t be there. The combination of neuropathy and RLS debilitates me and travel from the New Forest to Kings Cross would be a struggle in my sleep deprived state. That sounds as though I am moaning a bit and try not to. Meeting up would have been a pleasure!

Totally understand Martino. I know I’ll only manage 3/4 hours before attending but I’m gonna drag myself there ( or rather my hubby will!).I live in London so it’s much easier for me.

It would have been good to meet up.

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend. The journey from York to London would be unbearable! I do hope it is an interesting and informative AGM - I am sure it will be.

I am still trying to withdraw from pramipexole. Finding getting below 2 tablets very difficult. A week of no sleep and RLS 24/7 while taking only 1 and then no tablets put me back to 2 a day. Appt with GP on Friday so will see what that brings. Ever hopeful!

Sorry to hear that Yorkie. Withdrawal is no fun and you couldn’t travel during it.

Hope you manage to get hold of opioids to help reduce the pramipexole.
