I am on 2mg patch not getting on very well how high is anyone on , sorry if I have asked this question befor

You asked the exact same question 3 weeks ago and had several replies- from this you decided not to increase the patch having previously gone through augmentation.

Have you spoken to your doctor about tweaking your other meds? Tramadol and Pregabalin? I would certainly be very hesitant if he suggested an increase in the patch. You say it is no longer working well - do you think you may already be suffering from augmentation? You know the symptoms.

How bad is your sleep? I don’t think any of us can expect perfect nights. A good night for me is when I’ve only been up 2-3 times and managed to get back off again. A bad night is when I’m up nearly all night pacing. If I’m not working I stay in bed a bit longer on the morning and try and catch up. Are you able to do that?

Thanks Pam for reply I thought I had written that , I wish I had someone to sit and chat to about rls because my friends don’t no just what it’s like at least they know I don’t do anything early in the morning with appointments. I think when one is up all night you think you are the only one and of course your not. No I havnt got augmentation , I don’t think it’s any good me going to the docs as I don’t want to go any higher with the tramodol or Pregablin ,yes I can catch up on my sleep if poss as I am on my own now, thanks Pam next time I am up I will read your letter
