As you know I was trying to come off Tramodol and get my patch down, Well Friday I started to reduce my meds and my night was a nightmare very painful and no sleep, same again Saturday , so I am back to what I was on 100mg Tram2 mg patch and 150 Pregablin, last night I slept all night so at my age that’s what it’s going to be until it stops working

Good to hear, beady! Indeed, if it works, don’t change your regime. If it stops working, reduce the neupro and get rid of it - at least temporarily - although that most lijely will mean going through several weeks of increased symptoms and very poor sleep.

For now, enjoy!!

Lotte, I think it’s the patch that is giving me head shakes but I don’t know, do you think stopping the patch would give you poor sleep pattern x

I don’t know. If anything, it will be the tramadol that would keep you awake at night. However, the pregabalin should counteract that.

This is very interesting. I am glad that you have a regime that works for you. I may have mentioned elsewhere that I think I am overmedicated but don’t think I can change. Indeed I think it is working less well

Hi beady, glad you have gone back to what works for you. How are the headaches now. ?

Hi Beady,

I get double vision with Pregabalin- in the morning I wake up and it feels as though my head is shaking but it’s not- it’s visual disturbance from the pregabalin.

It wears off after about an hour and doesn’t affect sleep.

It’s a listed side effect. Do you think that could explain your head shakes?
