Update! 9PM Wed.1/10.18

Can you believe this. Had an appt today with a new orthopedic doc to see about getting my knees injected. It was an eye-opener visit. Hi picked up something no one else did. On top of the rls I have lymphedema possibly from an infection in my left lower leg and foot. Need IV antibiotics so my friend Jacob is taking me to the emergency room tomorrow probably for admission. This means delaying my cardiac surg scheduled for Jan 15th and not only are my knees not suitable for the injections, they really need knee replacement down the road. I understand the need for the changes and felt like divine providence got me to this doctor. But it sure changed my short-term plans. Will deal with this in am-first try to sleep a little tonight. Will be back in touch when I get this show on the road. It reinforces life is what happens when you're making other plans. Thanks for listening everyone. Hi everyone. This is a new one. I'm replying to myself. Really wanted to give an update but couldn't figure out how.( The computer is my friend! The computer is my friend! OM!!!!!!) Anyway spent much of the day in the ER getting my leg fiasco sorted out. Turns out things weren't as bad as I thought so feeling better; surgery Monday is back on and I even got a small amount oh NORCO (hydrocodone and acetaminphen (sp?) which I shall use sparingly.
