Try pycnogenol

I struggled for years with RLS then discovered that 100mg pycnogenol (pine bark extract) does it for me. There is good evidence of its effects on blood flow to the legs, so its not just a placebo effect. I hope it works for you. Happy Christmas.

hello alanSun what is Pycnogenol I have never heard of this, every time someone mentions a drug I always go out & buy it, I have got that many drugs what people have tried I could open a chemist shop, I think it depends on where you live, each drug works differently on people, I am from England & the drug Pycnogenol I will probably know it by some other name.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I think you are right that different things work for different people. You can get pycnogenol from justvitamins.co.uk. Good luck!
