Aye constantly get a very restless and annoying feeling in my upper belly!! On a bad night it spreads to my arms and legs. There’s no pain just restless and annoying it’s like a want to just jump out my own skin so it goes away and so a can get a sleep what is this and how do aye get rid of it???
