Sorry... 2 tabs of 0.25 mg Pramipexol one Hour before I go to bed.

Plus I drink a cup of hot Ovaltine, malt flavored. The hot milk aids to go to sleep

To treat my restless leg I started 12 years ago with a Parkison Disease medicine. I than had to withdraw off of it which was tough.

I than tried a seizure medicine, gabapentin which only made me cry and sleep all day. I am now on the small dose of 6.25 mg of Methadone With the 6 mg of melatonin and one Benadryl Before bedtime. I now sleep very well most nights. Sometimes I need to take a puff of marijuana in the middle of the night if I wake up with RL but it will Immediately go away and I go right back to sleep.

I have found with the right marijuana I use 2/3 less methadone. The two grades of marijuana that work the best are moondawg and the Grillo glue gelato. The problem in Maryland is the dispensaries do not have steady flow’s of product yet.

Melatonin and Benadryl both can make RLS worse.

Benadryl makes my legs crazy

I thought Benadryl is for allergies. I did hear through a friend that magnesium is good for that. I just bought a bottle yesterday so I haven’t really tried it, but will tonight along with my pramipexole.

I would also suggest drinking a cup of hot Ovaltine. Malt flavored, One hour before you go to bed, along with your MLS meds

I think it’s important to take your RLS meds about one hour before you go to bed. It takes time to get started. You don’t want to take it and then go right to bed because you lay there for an hour with RLS symptoms! I hate that!

I take two tablets, 0.25 of Pramipexol, and one cup of hot Ovaltine at least one hour before bed. The warm milk aids in sleeping. Give it a try and I wish you luck. Keep me posted!

Your dose of 0.5mg of Mirapex is way too much. Double the highest recommendation for rls.

Also, I'm not sure about the exact ingredients in Ovaltine, but if it works for you ,then who am I to say anything!😊
