No dairy - No sugar of processed foods

Hi

I've just woken up after sleeping sound for 10 hours. I've not had any of the above for 3 weeks and I've only eaten meat once. I've also taken iron at night, B12 and used a magnesium spray. I think RLS can't be cured right now but little tweaks here and there can give some relief from time to time.

My guess would be something in the processed food. Mine is E202 preservative (potassium sorbate). Try reintroducing things one at a time and keep a food diary, so that you may be to pin down a culprit. No point restricting your diet if it's not serving a purpose.

Eating mostly plant-based whole food is not restricting one's diet. Besides helping RLS, it prevents and reverses many other diseases. Best of luck and thanks for sharing what works for u. Very helpful.

I agree. I don't feel I've missed out on anything. I now think some of my choices were toxic to my system.

Plus - I've lost 8lb
