I'm really interested in this, has anyone tried the diet?

I have been in this type of diet for two months. I don't eat sugar, drink milk, rarely eat meat. Max two pieces of whole meal bread a day in the morning only with peanut butter. No carbs.
I eat lots of spicy stews with veg, lentils and beans. Some quorn. Lots of nuts, Oat biscuits. Stewed frozen fruit with flax seeds, chai seeds, cocoa nibs, coconut shavings.
Organic if it's cheap enough.
I take all the supplements recommended on here. No medication.
I've lost weight. My RLS is vastly improved.
It comes back when I drink alcohol eat crisps or chips.
