Ritigotine. It is in the class of meds know as Dopamine Agonists x

Not as bad as regular DAs. Check " rlshelp.org" for Dr Mark Buchffurers take on it.

Yes I use the patch. It can cause augmentation but has the lowest rate of augmentation of all the Dopamine Agonists meds. What are you on now? If you already have augmentation from one of the other Dopamine meds then it is recommended you have a period Dopamine free before you try the patch. I had almost a year off in between Pramipexole and the patch. I am still on the lowest patch strength several years later the 1mg but I do take a break from it 3x a year and use other meds for a couple of weeks instead. I also get allergic reaction to the adhesive backing on the patch which is a common problem with it x
