I just love this forum. I have a very very very mild RLS so count my self lucky but as I read the posts most days I get a real sense of people who care for each other. I only have 0.25mg Ropinerole and nothing else, my thoughts, prays and heart always goes to everyone asking for help.
Thanks to everyone how plays a part, you are all AMAZING!

What a lovely post? I really hope your rls remains as mild but maybe you can come along every so often with your uplifting comments for those of us in the doldrums. Thanks.
I agree!! I am so blessed to have literally stumbled upon this site! There have been so many of you that have posted different issues that I have been dealing with that I had no idea was related to my RLS. Thank you, thank you, thank you for validating me. Very freeing. Now I don't feel like I'm going crazy. I never wanted to tell people all that I have dealt with for fear they would just think I was a hypochondriac. It's nice to see myself in print.
Saying all that.... you have helped me to try to go on a more natural response to relieving my symptoms. I have added iron, Vito C, folic acid, B12,and B Complex to my arsenal. Also, have just started delving into food combining. I am desperate to stay off medications, if I can. I am in augmentation now, so am anxious to see how I fair on the other end of this. I have started taking RESTAVIN Advanced RLS Support. I take it first thing in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, if needed, and then at night before turning over to go sleep if I feel a twinge coming on. So far so good. The burning and tingling in my feet have gone away, but I still have the itching of my feet and ankles, but not as bad as it was. My legs settle down after taking it. It is expensive, but all natural. As long as it, along with everything else I am doing, works, it's better than adding another chemical to my body.
Sorry, it appears I have written a short novel....... anyway, all my best wishes to you all, and thank you, again, for all your help!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Aqua, I just replied to another one of your posts. I see you have bought iron. The only form that seems to work for me is the ferrous bisglycinate, but if you got the iron suggestion from on here then that is probably the type you bought. Try taking it an hour before bed, on an empty stomach and away from other drugs and supplements. It might even help with your insomnia - it does for me
What? "So far so good?" Are you saying that the Restavin has essentially quieted your day and night augmented RLS? OMG. That's worth shouting from the highest rafters. 🎉
I hate to bother you but your story is worth telling in a separate post. Meaning what your symptoms were like and what drugs you were taking, whether or not you felt you were augmenting, and your present protocol that is providing relief. Thanks Aqua..."just keep swimming."
To give you incentive put "GillRLS" in the above search box to the right. Only one post will come up entitled "Amazing." It's a great iron story. You'll love it!

Hey, I just realized this post is entitled "Amazing" as well. There are NO coincidences.
