I tried Melatonin but can't remember, however I doubt if Melatonin will sort out your sleep as it is a short term thing to put your circadian rhythm back on track however another blast of RLS and you are back out of routine again!

I have been taking 5 or 10 mll of Melatonin,my daughter brings them from the US,and have not found any connection with my periodic attacks of RLS.I don't feel too happy about taking a big dose of M together with 0.18x 2 or sometimes 3 pramipexole but I haven't found anything else nitewalker

I have been taking Melatonin for years. Have never noticed any problems.

YES! It definitely made my RLS worse and I stopped taking it when one of the members on this blog said it can most assuredly make RLS worse.

No but the rls got better when I started taking Ropinarol and from the start I got the best nights sleep for years and it has continued. I use copper socks at night and that helps the rls as well.
