I did a lab sleep study that wasn't bad at all. The electrodes were small in comparison to the headgear you have to wear with the in home sleep study.The bulky headgear Gave me a headache; the nose gear tickled my nose; the alarm kept going off waking up my boyfriend who said a few choice words which were recorded on the device;I ended the study because I could not sleep. If I had the choice I would choose the lab sleep study any time.
