I had mentioned earlier that I was having a sleep study last of December, the artic blast that hit the US made travel impossible. So I plan to reschedule once they are back in office. I didn't think I snored but the Sleep Cycle says I do lol. Wondered if anyone has used it, I find it helpful with hopefully understanding my sleep better. One more thing, my restless legs are greatly improved since getting off ripinrole and taking Gabapentin (still only on 900 mmg). I am sleeping better than I have in years and a lot of that is due to suggestions and help on this site. Praying this all continues.

Opie, are you still taking oral iron?
Hi, I use Sleep Cycle and find it gives me some limited information, including coincidentally that my partner is the main snorer and not me! Because it uses sound to measure movement, it can give a useful indication of when you are restless or still, although for RLS sufferers with PLMD I’m not certain that these correspond usefully to the various phases of sleep, such as NREM or REM. On the occasional good nights when I’m not moving too much you can see the 90 minute sleep cycles repeating. I’m also not convinced by its assessment of sleep quality and sleep efficiency. Some of my worst and most interrupted nights have come up with high quality scores, and other nights where I have been relatively still and rested have had low scores , so it really doesn’t seem to handle the extra dimension RLS too well.
