My RLS started after a hip operation in late December. I now control it with 2 magnesium plus zinc tablets and 1low dose (25mg) ropinirole . I also take a cocodamal last thing before going to bed. I will slowly try to give up on the ropinirole if I can.

Hi I was on clonazepam for over 10-15 years all of a sudden they stopped working ,and they put me on Ropinorole a few weeks ago but they gave me terrific headaches so have weaned back off them now, I go back to the Dr next week so might ask if I can go on Tramadol and try magnesium as well anything is worth a try it was mentioned to take an iron tab just before bed to
