Somehow when the message was posted the wording changed. The message should read that I used the machine last night and it was used on my thigh

i have the 10 s machine if any thing it made  my RLS worse

I did get some pain benefit from using it but on balance I have decided not to use it as the RLS symptoms seemed worse afterwards
