Hi all just putting this out there in case anyone not tried it

Like most on here I have suffered from rls for several years though not as bad as some

I am now on a regime of three pramipexole a day and the use of the Tens Comfytemp which i use every night at 9 pm at 15 minutes per leg and i sleep very well with no rls through the night for the last 6-8 months

As i said it works for me probably not most but might be worth a try

Good luck everyone

That's great, and thanks for the heads up on the tens.

Has your prescriber for the Pramipexol warned you about the potential dangers of that drug?

If not, then you really should educate yourself about Augmentation.

You will find quite a lot about it on this site.

Do come back if you need more information.

All the best.

Good news on the TENS unit!

As Madlegs1 mentions, and as SueJohnson did when you asked about gabapentin/pregabalin versus pramipexole a couple of years ago, the eventual problem for dopamine agonist users is Augmentation.

Please do read this revised guidance on the RLS-UK site:

Sounds similar to Therapulse that I use on each leg for about 15 minutes when I feel RLS starting...the vibrations work ..I don't take any prescribed meds.
