Has anyone else found that when they're coming down with a cold their RLS sky rockets? I've always found this, and despite currently being on 200mg of Tramadol it's still happening!

Are you taking any cold meds??? Most cold meds that are over the counter have Diphenhydramine in them for an antihistamine and that will make your RLS go nutty. If you have to take something for your cold, make sure it does not have Diphenhydramine in it or pseudoephedrine. Both bad, but the first is WAY worse. When I have a cold, I take nothing, no matter how bad it is, if it is just a cold. Gotta read those labels, and Diphenhydramine is on the list here for Drugs to avoid, big time.

No, not taking anything. Also my period just started, and that's another thing that can make my RLS go crazy, though usually in the week leading up to it rather than a couple of days before.
