If you want awareness of RLS to increase, it is vital that you complete this survey.
The European Federation of Neurological Associations, a group RLS-UK works closely with, is launching a European survey on the impact of living with a brain disorder. The aim is to find out how neurological disorders impact on the home, work/educational and social life of those affected. It will also explore the association with related conditions/syndromes e.g. mental wellbeing, chronic pain, bladder and bowel disorders, sexual dysfunction etc. and assess the satisfaction rates with treatment and management.
The data generated with help EFNA to build a ‘Book of Evidence’ which will be taken to European policy and decision makers outlining why neurological disorders must be a political priority. This document will be presented at the launch of our: Member of the European Parliament [MEP] Interest Group on Brain, Mind and Pain on February 24th 2015.
Along with the overall results, EFNA will also be publishing the data per country and per disorder. These will be made freely available after the launch for dissemination and use.
The survey is multiple choice and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. The closing date is January 9th 2015.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and help us build a 'Book of evidence'. It would be helpful if you could indicate below, as a comment, when you complete the survey so RLS-UK has an idea of the scale of our potential representation in the findings. This is your opportunity to help shape European-level policy on RLS.
Thank you
