I came down with a bad sinus infection and was given caugh medicine with Hydrocodone. I usually take .25mg of Mirapex with 75% success. During this time of taking the caugh medicine I never had one episode of RLS and did not take the Mirapex at any point for two weeks. Does anyone use Hydrocodone for RLS, what doses and results? God Bless all.

Hi, you must be in the USA, as we here in the UK, cant get Hydrocodone, but i do know of people who do take it in the USA and find they get complete relief altho i dont know what dose they take. I think this website rlshelp.org gives the dosage, look at the treatment page.

5mg hydrocodone 325mg APAP substituted or generic for Procet.

It has been working well for last few days. I think the dose is still too low, however taken with Mirapex has stopped it for now and improved the lower leg aches at night.
