Thanks for the info. I'm beginning to think I have PLMD (instead of RLS) and the reason my legs hurt (throbbing and sore) all day long is from the constant moving around at night while I sleep. From a treatment stand point, as we've already said, there seems to be no difference... but my experience won't be helpful to anyone here (which I already suspected and is the reason why I've stopped posting lately).

Elisse, I cannot open this file. Do you have another way that i can find that particular information or do you have another comparison. I need it to help a small group of people that are wondering if they have one or the other or both. It's not a RLS group yet and I have no intentions of leading or starting up a group. Sorry Yikes, since they changed to forum, i keep missing comments. Your best bet is to google RLS and PLMD you are sure to get the info you need.
