Well done you for getting this far. Be kind to yourself. I like the spoon theory story and poster to quickly capture what life is like.
First a warm welcome and sorry it's under such circumstances. Trust your own judgement it has not failed you this far in finally getting a diagnosis that will take some time and space when coming to terms with it.
