After major reports in America (IOM,NIH) during 2015 the time has come for a review on treatment policy.

Reason for optimism haven't travelled the welfare cuts and same old attitude here.

Only when the established paradigm that the universe revolved around earth was replaced was a step forward in science possible.

Science is in flux the step forward is possible though not yet established.

Treatment policy follows NICE guidelines (CG53) and they are on the static list with no review scheduled before 2019.
