Oh yes. We can all relate to that!! I used to be really good at organising and multitasking. Not any more. Often struggle to do one of even the simplest of tasks these days. :(

Yes chimes with my own experience, a far cry from hectic family lives that were once part of normal background. Now a major event such as navigation through a doorway without collision holds all the attention.

Shut my eyes and stop walking there and then hands out furniture surfing from chairs that give rest breaks inside the house.

Friends/family have become used to guessing what I meant with strangers my confidence goes so can follow reasoning.

Making notes beforehand such as doctors visits saves forgetting why I am there.

yeah I have done one thing at a time for a long time now but that was ordered from my occupational health person at hospital . , . not that not matters I always have only been able to do one thing at a time for a long time wether it be because my mind can't handle 2 things and also it knackers me doing one thing .....
