Acknowledging CFS as poorly serving the community a consensus with the medical profession with a name of Ramsays Disease removing discussion of symptom relevance.
Systemic Exertion Intolerance Disease is certainly a mouthful with few friends with some claiming exertion intolerance says lazy in plain speaking, though the welcome change from syndrome into a recognised disease is welcomed by those that realise the significance of the wording.
When patients do not believe a name friends and families will not believe
I know I am ill only family have belief issues. Name is not important support for all of us that are ill is important.
