Take away the psychosomatic smoke and mirrors criteria, note the CDC cdc.gov/cfs/diagnosis/index... are still using outdated criteria after asking the IOM for an update. Fukuda was only ever a research selection not a clinical tool. Leaves Canadian Consensus Criteria, International Consensus Criteria and the clinically untested IOM guidelines that you can measure against Dr Ramsays guidelines formed in 1956 healthunlocked.com/ramsaysd...

The speed and there is a hurry up voice saying faster. The last thirty years of case definitions in a nutshell takes many more pages in the IOM report.

Been watching this in parts thinking most is true only thing sure of I haven't got all he said. Thing that got me was researchers want patients that have what theyre lookin at when doctors need rid of them that dont have what they do something for.
