The grey matter that remembers where I should be and when is the most worrying part of all this, well that along with dreadful headaches.

Reduced cerebral blood flow in white matter - ischaemic leukoaraiosis (small vessel disease) is likely to result in impairment of brain functions.

Deficient supply of blood to a body part (as the heart or brain) that is due to reduced blood volume or POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) where rapid blood circulation, and some blood pooling in the legs is a common symptom.

Compression stockings reduce symptoms such as syncope/dizziness on standing plus there are other medications available if POTS is diagnosed as it frequently is with ME/CFS patients.
