i would just like to say, quitting smoking is the best thing ive ever done. since this new journey begain 5 1/2 weeks ago, ive put on a bit of weight (good thing ) started the gym and this morning ive completed a 1.5 mile run at 6am.
i cant believe for the last 20 years ive been controled by that little gold box behind the shop counter.
