I have been off the cigarettes now for 24days but I am getting headches and bad stomach aches is this normal?? I am on 21mg 24hr patches ,

Hi Amiechaz, how are you feeling today? Getting headaches can be quite common but should ease off the longer you still quit. Plenty of water to keep you hydrated ought to help. You are almost reaching your first month as a non-smoker, thats brilliant

May be that means you are ready to move down a level? I am not sure but I felt really awful on 25mg over 16hours so I downgraded and I feel fine.
