Good morning, afternoon or evening depending where you're following STOPTOBER from!
We're all doing brilliantly, our long term winners, including me, get a chance to remember that quitting ain't easy but with a lot of support from QUIT SUPPORTπ we've made it so far and we're enjoying a smoke free life.
If this is your 1st STOPTOBER I hope you're leaning on this lovely community or you've found another solution. We're all different so what works for one may not be as effective for another. Once you've decided that you'd like to give quitting another go, choose just what you're going do about it. Have a read of our pinned posts, there's a wealth of information there. I quit cold turkey and it was difficult, I just didn't have enough information, I think with hindsight I would have been happier using a vape as NRT. (Nicotine Replacement Therapy)
After 10 smoke free days you should be feeling a little more confident. If you're wobbling a little, just come on here,write a post or just reply to our Daily Chat or the Winners' post. You're not alone so please take advantage of us.
Now that you've reached day 10 your blood circulation is improved, your heart is finding things to be easier and also your lungs are working better without all those poisenous chemicals.
