Everyday we try and give some information that can help towards beating the nasty nicotine addiction. So keep this forum close.
My tip for today for those of you still getting cravings is:- TIME! When a craving comes along don’t rush into the thought of looking for a cigarette, Look at your watch/clock and see how long that craving lasts. For example if it takes 5 Minutes to feel calm again Make a note of how long it took. Then when another craving comes along make a note again see if the craving goes a bit quicker and note how long in between cravings. Do this each time and see if the cravings are not as long and intense.and are getting longer in between each time.
Also as I mention before Drink lots of water to help detox.
