How are you all ? Are you coping with your quit journey?

Please don’t be keeping your concerns to yourself. Here at Quit Support we have been helping and supporting over 15.000 members to become smokefree. So we must be doing something right.

With the country (UK) in the climate its in at the moment, I am sure being smokefree is one less thing to worry about. So become smokefree and treat yourself to something nice, before the government taxes you .

I believe that our Monky is feeling weak but much better afTer a week of being poorly.

So if he is up to it thought we would treat him to cake to build his strength up.
