Hi yes I did in 2003 or 2004 and did it with patches via quit support and stayed off them for best part of 9 years - total epic failure of kidding myself by having a couple I would never get hooked again - how foolish was that - 5 years ago and back to almost 20 per day but now 10 days smoke free cold turkey 😄
