Its difficult when your partner smokes. Perhaps you could ask him to try smoke away from you as it is effecting you. xx

I can only echo the thoughts of Jillygirl but also add that 4 months isn't too bad really its a period of time isn't it!?

Please try to stay positive & say each day YES I CAN (QUIT!!)FOREVER!! even if you have to say it out loud
