Checking after two years

Hi,

I joined this great community two years ago when I stopped the filthy habit.

It was a great help, maybe I couldn't have done it without it. I kept posting for a few months then I didn't really come back because I got very busy with life.

Since my quitting, I got into working out, improved my cardio and overall posture. I also became alot better at work because I can focus for longer periods of time without interruptions. I feel overall more healthy and active.

I moved to a new country, changed jobs, life, and everything without feeling the need to get back to it.

Sometimes I think I miss it, but smelling an ashtray left by friends, or my GF's hair after she goes out with smoker friends, make me know I don't and that I officially hate it.

Thanks for all the past support, and good luck for all those who are trying.

Amazing how your life has changed fk9090,.....on all levels and I sense quitting has enabled you to make those choices from a much more confident place?!! I can remember always trying to figure things out through this sort of smokey haze but it seems to me you now have that coveted clarity and confidence. Much love, Poll x
