Well folk's, into my 3rd week and feel amazing. A rough patch from day 5 to day 13 with the nausea 🀒, headaches πŸ€• and lack of sleep 😴, but i think I'm through the worst of it. Still waiting for the cravings to arrive, but in all honesty the last thing i want or need is a ciggie. To all other new quitters. Be strong πŸ’ͺ and remain positive.

Well done Purplehaze,πŸ‘ you won't believe it but not everybody gets cravings at the beginning of their quit😘. Maybe because we are ready for the dreaded mind games.πŸ™„

I'm glad that you're feeling better.πŸ˜‰

Hang in there as it gets better and better.🚭πŸ’ͺxx

Thanks Tubby 54. Was expecting to be pulling what little hair I have left off by now after hearing how horrible the cravings can get.. Like you said, maybe it's a mental game. And at the moment it's 1 nil. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Luckily we're not all the same. You may well experience cravings further along the line. But you've had to deal with not feeling well................

1-nil is a chuffing good score🀣🀣🀣xx

You're doing wonderfully purple, I really didn't crave on my last quit, I think because I had had enough xxx

Yeah, you could be right. In my head it's " I'm doing this and nothing is going to get in my way". Hopefully there won't be cravings at the later stages of my quit like tubby 54 suggested might happen. Cross that bridge when and if it happens.
